Now that is beach season we all have to be extra careful  not indulge too much in those high fat, high calorie foods! Have no fear! You can improvise and still have your summer time favorites such as chicken salad- with the calories nearly cut in half! With using greek yogurt, it still gives you the creamy like flavor of mayo and the italian dressing gives it a savory taste that pairs well with the red onion.

What you will need:

1 cup of shredded chicken

1/2 of red grapes sliced in half

1 tablespoon of pecans

1/2 cup of red onion

1 tablespoon on PLAIN greek yogurt

2 tablespoon of Lite Italian dressing

Mix and Match your add ins: Try dried cranberries, raisins, bacon, almonds, honey, Oil, Balsamic Vinaigrette, lemon juice
